More drama that nazuna got scammed by vshojo, or complaining that she isn't making alot of money streaming on twitch which of course I suggested before yeah no shit why would the company put you on twitch? I even recommend silvervale to switch to CB to make a shitload of money but I am sure I would get a ban on her twitch channel suggesting it. Currently at work using phone I will post the picture screenshots later here on edit or someone else can do it here while I return? Here we go.

I wonder what kind of BS, keeping them from streaming on Youtube. The simpliest guess is Twitch have individual clause with Vshoujo, in this case... Isn't they suppose to add money on top. Or what Nyanners got all the money and everyone else got fucked?

I really hope Rushia did not break her contract with Hololive, to get into VShoujo. If she did, holy moly you stupid.

It's probably something simple like a contract with Twitch, but YT also has a more idiotic automated system compared to Twitch. They probably think they can get mass reported and banned off of YT far easier then Twitch, which is true to a certain extent. There's also the part where half their "talent" are or were camwhores and that doesn't fly too well with YT. Then there's the part where a bunch of them have or had channels on YT already and they didn't change any of their identities so any of their old stuff would be way easier to link to them on a YT standard.

For Rushia, as far as anyone can tell, she may actually have done that. She pretty much burned all of her bridges to join Vhoejo. The most telling part was right after she was let go and everything was calming down, she made the decision to imply HL was a black company on that somewhat popular podcast thing. Then only a couple months later she's all of a sudden joining Vhoejo's "JP" branch.

That sounds honestly like a non-issue. You are correct about mass reporting, but it is the same on Twitch too. It feels like twitch and Vshoujo have partnership.
And about camwhore, dig into hololive, it feels like half of their talents were the same.
So yeah i agree it is probably just a contract with Twitch.

Yeah, remember reaction of everyone when Coco left, fellow hololive members were borderline crying. Wasn't Fubuki actually cried.
Then Rushia left and reaction were am embodiment of a meme "Oh no. Anyway".
Still, black company... I do have suspicion that there might be some credence to this claim. With how many talents oversleep, and how protective hololive of their brand with pretty strict NDA. And i especially hate the concept of hiding identity of a streamer. Fucking corpos found the way, to dissasociate their product from the voice actor, and own you even more than before. Still from the mouth of the members, we only hear mostly a good thing, and only one person who said bad thing, sounds like a bitter idiot who got jebaited into a worse deal. So shrug.

You underestimate her impulsivity. While I do care deeply for Rushia, I know she will fuck up at any moment. She's not stupid. She's unstable and impulsive, which looks a lot like stupid, but a bit less confident.

I suspect that nazuna has a non compete clause from her hololive days that she isnt allowed to stream on youtube for X time
Then again she did already breach her contract so that might be null anyways

Non-compete can be a separate contract in certain sectors, especially in jobs that can be lost rather easily. Or it's a clause that's still binding even if the contract is broken, but it's debatable if that would hold up in court. Japanese employment laws are fucking weird anyway. It could be a case where both sides would have to break the contract for it to be null and void. No one will know for sure until one of those contracts ends up online.

It might've changed, but it at least until recently was not allowed for Twitch partners to stream on other platforms. This might be the the reason she can't stream on YT. And because VSJ is primarily working on twitch they might've not wanted her to split the VSJ audience across multiple platforms.

Now here's a few problems for someone like Nazuna when it comes to money and streaming:
  • Twitch CPM is said to be really horrible, to the point where unless you pull multiple thousand viewers the ads will barely make you any money
  • Twitch's revenue split is not the same for every streamer. Some had a deal where they got 70% of Subs others get 50%. I've seen mentions of less than 10% before (not sure how credible that is though)
  • Twitch is a primarily western platform, that has a many top creators with a strong anti-anime and an "anything goes for views" stance (e.g. see the Vtuber tag fiasco). And Twitch is known to not do anything about it
  • Because it's so western focused there aren't as many Japanese viewers as on YT, which for somebody that only speaks japanese is a huge problem.
  • VSJ has barely any japanese speaking members. Before it was much easier for her to do collabs (cross-promotion) since she had easy access to dozens of people.
    • Also I think they might not even help her out with outreach since their talents are "free". Thus leaving her to do this work on her own, which is hard since she has a bad track record.
  • Also I'm sure VSJ takes it's cut out of her paycheck as well. Worst case they deduce their cut based on the total before any cuts have been made (tax, platform cuts, fees, etc)
  • There might be more I'm not thinking of at the moment
I highly doubt, that there is a non-compete in order. It is really hard to enforce this for something like YouTube and could easily be circumvented. There could be one though when it comes to selling of merchandise, especially in stores where they sell Holo stuff.
Honestly if I would be Nazuna I would try to get out of VSJ and continue as indie on YT. Her content simply does not work for Twitch and VSJ. It's her girlfriend experience (Lonely men that want a pure & chaste girl) vs. VSJ's coomerbait / prostitute experience (Lonely men that don't care how raunchy they are, as long as they can jerk off to it).

All in all I kind of pity her...

Hearing what you guys said I think it is likely that Vshojo has an exclusivity contract with twitch streaming for their entire brand

In the sense of protection? Because I am sure Twitch nowadays just do not care about a lot of people or problems people are facing on Twitch.

Anyways everything seems kind of dry lately when it comes to watching them maybe because I just don't watch any of them anymore, not even Silvervale because now I am seeing just how boring she's gotten.

Apparently they do have a sort of business contract with Twitch, which also forced a few to drop YouTube.

Can I just ask something here? im going to be honest I like lurking here more then I do posting but what is with vtubers and hating whenever another vtuber or vtubing company gets brought up? other streamers dont do this from what I know and its always made the vtuber community to seem like some giant hugbox. Ironicly too I find that vtubers tend to be the biggest shit talkers online to people they dislike so it just confuses me.

No clue if this is an unpopular opinion but it just rubs me the wrong way.

Mostly non-hololive vtubers tend to do that. Hololive keeps the quality up.
I'd say it's obvious why, those people tend to be less popular and their personalities are shit. So they try to bring down others and to create content with that since they don't know better.

If I understood this correctly then, this happens with a lot of regular streamers as well. It's considered rude to talk about somebody that the streamer hasn't brought up, especially if it is in the form of "Person X is streaming, bye" or if they are completely unrelated to the streamer.
It's as if you would go into a McD and ask them to make you a Whopper and then loudly announce that you'd rather go to BK or smth like that.
