Another old story but still, day by day now Australia has really become a nightmare to be a weeb in.

Instead of just spamming links at least copy and paste the interesting parts or something, any further low effort threads will be deleted.
This is a forum not twitter or reddit :bap:

so i assume you deleted his fatal frame thread? no wonder i can't find it anymore no matter how hard i search it ...

and seeing how barren this forum is, i think it's not a good idea to be picky ... at least try to be nice to not chase away potential user.

I'm totally on board with accepting any potential user who's willing to lurk. To lurk enough to know that spamming empty topics to drop a link isn't proper netiquette. As for the potential users who don't care about the quality of the forum, that's exactly the kind of "picky" that everyone should be. It's not that they make mistakes, it's that they never considered whether or not they were making a mistake.

reminding people about the rules without being too blunt & harsh should be the 1st priority.

some people are new to internet, forum etiquete, etc and doesn't even know about that lurking stuff. Give them a chance lol. This forum allow scammers, sjws, & sjw-lites to post but threaten new user who actually want to contribute with post deletion because of trivial forum mistake?

I don't think a fundamental misunderstanding of how to go about spamming a series of links counts as trivial. It's one thing if there's some awareness that this isn't Facebook and an attempt to figure out what it is.

You don't get a decent forum by deciding nothing really matters. You get that by refusing to sweep basic conduct (don't drop a bunch of links with otherwise empty posts and call that a topic) under the rug. Anything of value in the link should be described in your own words.

Bottom line: yes, even people you don't like are allowed to post if they follow the rules. People you do like are not allowed to get away with breaking the rules because you like them.

decent forum? more like barren forum lol. Chase away & insult people who sympathize with you while u allow the enemies roam free. Rules are what sjw & scammers like because it always benefit them.

Quality over quantity.
that's a desperate argument ... i visited a bunch of forums with low user base & activities but varis is in a whole new level of low, like i can ignore this forum for a week and i won't miss anything. You can't claim that you have quality when there is almost no new content here.

all i ask is that the moderator be nice to enthusiastic people who break some minor & trivial rule. Stop with the rule freaks attitude where you insult people for every minor & trivial mistake, it's not fun.

We don't allow them to spam threads :bep-what: , I don't care if they want to make themselves look like retards in the comments

Also spamming low quality threads with just a link ends up hiding something that actually takes hours of effort to create.

Honestly, people (me included) are fucking lazy.
I don't read most articles, so yes, a copy-paste of the relevant parts except the title is quite important for "quality threads". :kekw:

I think everyone here has left what is important
of course it is important to make sure that the forum has quality
and it is your job to recorder people to the rules and to take action accordingly.
The only thing I do not agree with is deleting threads with potential without giving them the opportunity to correct it.
after all threads can be edited for something
the latter can scare the new ones

@Crowblack187 don't worry, shizu-sensei can be scary but doesn't bite :ars-pat:

i know spamming is bad lol. i'll repeat it again in simple word: if people with good intention make trivial mistake -> be nice to them, don't go overkill with ur warning (like insult + deleting thread etc).
Don't become a rule freak, it's not fun for everyone else.

his action bury other posts? but there is nothing to bury in this forum. This forum's activity is just too low.

deleting a thread cause problem for me. i searched his fatal frame thread, can't find it and i checked my post history (i has a post in that thread) and still can't find it. Wasting my time.
