I'll throw in a couple,

Blue gender - 1999
Demon City Shinjuku - 1988
3x3 eyes
Couldn't find a trailer for this series.
Bastard!!
Mahōjin Guru Guru - 1994 - very underrated anime because it looks kid like, but was very funny back in the day.
Blue Submarine no6 - 1998
If JRPG comedy like Mahoujin Guruguru is your kind of thing, the remake from about 5 years ago is just as good as the original and a little less drawn out

If I recall, that remake was very compressed.

I strongly recommend Maison Ikkoku (1986). It's an adaptation of the manga by Rumiko Takahashi. Ninety-six episodes is a lot to ask for if you're not familiar with her other works, but the emotional journey and character development is 100% worth the investment - you just don't get romance anime like this in today's industry. It's way better than Ranma 1/2 and even Inuyasha in some spots.
