Censorship Are there any blogging services that allow lolicon?

I plan to start blogging in the near future. It's going to be mainly sociopolitical commentary of the hate speech kind along with anime and gaming-related content but I also want to post and review loli hentai and not get censored or reported. I really wanted to go with WordPress as I hear it's the best and I like the level of customization they have. I also see that they allowed pornographic content, but I asked around and they don't seem to consider lolicon an acceptable form of pornography. Are there any free/cheap blogging platforms that allow the same level of customization as WordPress but also allows lolicon? Or do you guys know of any ways I could bypass an existing platform's terms of service?

Well according to wordpress guidelines no pornographic or explicit sexual content is allowed. So thats a no go

Back in the early to mid 2010s I used to visit a blogger site that had links to loli games and manga. I guess you could try that one. I dont know if they changed their terms though

Why don't make your own website?

Looks like I might have to. Lack the knowledge though and would prefer to keep it simple. Plus don't I have to register a domain name with a company like GoDaddy or NameCheap? Won't they just kick me the second I post the porn or someone reports me? I'm also inquiring how to make a forum like this one that's free from any pesky TOS. Also, I'm concerned about shit like DDos attacks. I hear CloudShare protects against shit like that.
