Here's more information about them. tl;dr although they present themselves as a child protection organization, they are also anti-porn crusaders who believe they should have the power to direct Internet companies to remove any content from the Internet (even if it's not illegal), they once had a 17 year girl arrested for uploading her own cartoon art to her own social media, and they work with an academic-activist who helped to spread the Satanic sex panic.They are sponsored by the government.

Nothing can be done outside of banning their IPs. Problem is they're using AWS though, so it can change whenever they want, but blocking AWS IP ranges should do the trick anyway.
Unless something else can be identified from them (user agent?), the only other solution would be making a claim about them uploading illegal stuff instead. That's a brute force, costly solution, but that's the only one I can think of that would make them move from their apathy.

There are several problems with trying to sue those retards, like jurisdiction and costs. Trying to take those state sponsored faggots to court is going to take a long ass time and a lot of money, and the outcome may not be really worth it.
Please keep in mind that no matter how Canada tries looks internationally, it's still a shithole country and people have no rights and cucked courts.

That's the only way really, because they're playing silent. If tomorrow they switch from AWS to random IP ranges, the service will be fucked.
At least have someone look at the legality of what they're doing under Canadian law (uploading cp..).
