They already do that for AWS, and that's why the service is still running.
But if tomorrow the bot uses random ips from all over the world, they'll be fucked.

I have no words, unfortunately the laws have not followed the technological advance and globalization as they should, an organization from Canada fucking a service that has nothing to do with Canada and the worst thing is that they know that it would be very expensive and difficult for these people go to Canada to sue him. There ought to be a way to report them to Amazon, surely uploading CP is against their ToS.
