I wanted to play the SciAdv series and found that they've patched almost all of the games. However their translators have pronouns and their logo is rainbow, which has me sussed out.
Does anyone know if their translations are legit?
I would say don't trust ANY translation/localization group at this point. No fan groups are not safe either. If you don't know Japanese, either go learn it, or just consume english version with caution that it might have problematic parts.
