Mobile games seem to have some of the biggest fucking ad budgets around. I got this ad for "Warpath" and was hoping it was a new movie, cause it looked absolutely fantastic. The perfect kind of WW2 action movie.
My disappointment was through the roof when I found out this was just another shitty p2w mobile game and not a movie.
This made me remember there's loads of these misleading ads (Misleading to the point im surprised there isn't a lawsuit yet), some even using other games to advertise theirs.
Wondering if you've got any interesting ads for shitty games. Or ads in general for games that are impressive, but "Cool Ad, Bad Game" is a short and sweet thread title
Also gonna throw in one of my favorite ads for one of my most played games.
I love everything about this ad. The scene with the Bf109 chasing the Yak(?) is one of my favorite parts of it especially with the music, absolutely fantastic if you ask me.
