Hoo boy, as if the pokemon fandom and the games can't get any more insufferable enough, they have to do this shit.
This is why it's a mistake to fund modern western games in the first place. You are ultimately funding people like this, even if you don't find out until later.

i'm honestly less worried about Godot than I am about unity in my honest opinion. You can continue to use godot without paying them a cent, alternatively you could fork it. Unity on the other hand if you make a game with it you always have to give them a kickback at the end of the day.
Godot you can just use it make your money and then give them nothing because they hate your politics and you in general.
Fair enough, but seems like even the most simple of criticism throws them off their rocker and you get blocked by them.. can't see an engine like that being useful if you can't even criticize or report bugs lol.

Highly agree. The problem is Unity and Unreal are a monopoly that is getting worse overall. Godot was the only real thing that was a viable option. We need to have people fork over Godot and do Documentation, have funding all over again. Because without it Unity and Unreal can do whatever they want and basically Indies and AA's get screwed heavily.
Also Yuji Horii Creator and Director of Dragon's Quest said something about DEI and America.

Basically this is a cry for help from Japan to America and the West to help fix Western Branches. In America we have to try and fix the issue ourselves. CERO has restrictions which is not unusual, but America has FAR more restrictions placed on top and they are getting crushed by Journalists, Western Branches and even Sony on top. This is industry wide and is stifling of all creativity and everyone is miserable now. WE have to be the ones to fix this now, they do not know what is going on. We need to try to
-Spread the word
-Get people to notice the signs of when something is being messed with examples.
A. Type A & Type B for Gender
B. Games are being tailored a certain way, think of Resident Evil remakes for Realism Quixel Bridge, and some of the designs being slightly messed with like Ashley from RE4R, or RE3R with Jill Valentine. Or even Dragons Dogma II with shorter characters not allowed to exist. With no room for creativity at all.
C. Outfits are very censored far more than Japanese standards. Think of Dragon's Dogma II with the outfits being a burqa essentially, Queen Dizzy Outfit and some design changes to Bridget.
D. Localizations avoid anything of Gender, Race, Love, between opposite sex genders, or even add their own "flavour" to text that is not there and butcher it. Even going as far to say call a crossdresser like Bridget Transgender was an example of inserting text that did not exist along with Trails games. I am certain people can come up with great examples.
Overall if i missed anything let me know. But we need to get people to be aware of these things. Because honestly it's very obvious there is sinister work being done by the Western Branches to hurt Japanese Content as a whole.
