Well the Fall 2021 anime season is approaching, anyone see something of interest?

Personally, thank god I got a nice backlog of anime from last season to binge, I don't see much that really interest me enough to constantly follow but some of them I find kind of interesting. :mokou-lying:

Shin no Nakama janai to Yuusha no Party wo Oidasareta node, Henkyou de Slow Life suru Koto ni shimashita

A non-Isekai fantasy anime, I enjoyed reading the manga and am interested in seeing if the anime adaptation is good or not.

Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu Part 2

An Isekai fantasy anime, I heard good things about the first season, might wait for it to end before binging the shit out of it. :hibiki-chew:

oh, I was just about to open this thread
there are a lot of series I'm interested in this season, although I'll probably see few coming out, I always leave the best ones for when they are finished to do marathon, in the end I always try to watch most of them [although that said I haven't seen even half of the series of last spring season lol].
as for the sequels I am looking forward to:
I will make a list with the ones that interest me the most, I will probably see all of them once they are finished.
  • Komi-san wa, Comyushou desu: has a lot of popularity and I really don't know why, but I can't deny that the trailers and the first episode look spectacular and in general I like this kind of series and I can enjoy anything that has excellent animation.
  • Mieruko-chan: one of my favorites, this one simply catches my attention thats combination of comedy/slice-of-life and horror, plus the main character is cute and hot.
  • takt op.Destiny: I can only say that the animation looks spectacular and I'm a real animation otaku.
  • Blue Period: the style looks very interesting and I have only heard good things about this series, so it has inevitably caught my attention and I have high expectations.
  • Senpai ga Urusai Kouhai no Hanashi: Doga Kobo, that's all I need to get interested in this series, although it looks fun.
  • Taishou Otome Otogibanashi: it is a story that I don't think anyone should miss, a nice romantic story in which I have good expectations and the main heroine is very cute.
  • Heike Monogatari: peculiar, based on a traditional japanese story [a poem or something I don't know], as my only reason to watch this series is Naoko Yamada, one of my favorite directors and it is worth noting that her talent and dedication is evident in the series. It is also something different and as I said I can enjoy almost anything with excellent animation.
  • Muv-Luv Alternative: I've enjoyed the anime so far and I heard that this one finally adapts the main VN, I have good expectations, I hope it doesn't have any censorship issues.
  • SELECTION PROJECT: it's cute, and beautiful and by Doga Kobo so.... I had my eyes on it for a long time and I liked the first chapter quite a bit. Well it's just a cute idol anime may not interest everyone.
  • highlight "Deji" Meets Girl, it looks interesting and with a nice style short-series.
wow, i think i put too many lol, well this is it, i hope this season will good, these are the ones that interest me the most although i might end up watching some other isekai garbage first and then complain about how bad it was ...lol

Yeah, manga was pretty good at the beginning, though until recently was stagnant with nothing moving the plot for around four or five years, honesty hard to recommend the manga and hopefully the anime can cut out a lot of the tedious slack.
  • Mieruko-chan: one of my favorites, this one simply catches my attention thats combination of comedy/slice-of-life and horror, plus the main character is cute and hot.
Planning on binging the manga, seems interesting and hopefully the anime doesn't bungle the source too badly.
I remember reading this manga a while back, didn't realize it got an anime adaptation, saw a couple screenshots and they looked cute.
  • SELECTION PROJECT: it's cute, and beautiful and by Doga Kobo so.... I had my eyes on it for a long time and I liked the first chapter quite a bit. Well it's just a cute idol anime may not interest everyone.
Well Doga Kobo stuff never disappointed me, will probably keep an eye on this.

Also Isekai Shokudou 2 looks pretty comfy, I read the manga adaptation and while it was short, it was pretty great. Need to watch the first season though.

for some reason I wasn't drawn to the first season when it came out a few years ago, although it's not like me to stop watching something with just one episode, so I may give it a chance at some point especially now that it will have a second one.
