Odd. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to replace an image file with a different image file.
Well we'd have to find where the image is in the game files, on top of format and naming issues. I'd rather just do something easy in paragon than dig around in the files. We'll have to do it a few times with If though. There's a display of the route name on the bottom screen when the choice happens in the game and we slotted in the En versions, now we'll have to revert to JP, or make our own for the romanizations.

I'll also say that I didn't really have any problems with Shadows of Valentia's localization... until KickVic happened. A major character is voiced by Monica Rial in the English dub. My issue with using an undub with SoV is that it's the first Fire Emblem game with full voice acting, and the English dub was made to match the localized script.
My big issues with Echoes were Clair and Faye. They made Clair way dumber and more rude in EN, and they made Faye a complete yandere when she was only slightly crazy in JP. My theory is that the localizers misunderstood the subtleties of their characters while they were translating+"spiced them up". They love to do that.

The more I play this game (with translation patch version 4.3), the more I realize "holy fuck, this translation has a long ways to go". Kudos for making as much progress as you have. Though it's certainly not worth holding one's breath over.

Do you intend on adding them in the next update?
It's not planned. Finding the problem will be difficult so we put it on the backburner while we work on the main story and supports.

Can someone point me to a rom or iso, I want to use it on a emulator due to being unfamiliar with 3ds hacking, and I know there isn't going to be any support related to citra issues but I am just hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
