From Automation Media (archive):

Velux Studio is a new Japanese game developer that was established in May this year, according to a press release by the company published on October 28. The studio’s CEO is Sho Igarashi, who has a track record as a lead game designer and development manager at FromSoftware, Square Enix, Cygames and Luminous Productions.

His new company, Velux Studio, will develop a wide range of games, from casual to high-end, with PC, consoles and mobile platforms in mind. The company’s goal is to “make games for game lovers,” and it will handle all aspects of game development in-house using Unreal Engine 5.

Apparently, Igarashi's specialty was in 'battle production'.

(And yes, this time I checked if NetEase owns this studio. They don't seem to.)
