A short comic from 2014 drawn in paint about the /jp/ board mascot getting raped was added to a Friday Night Funking mod on gamebanana, someone found it and the mod was removed. People started screaming on twitter and discord that the mod had "literal cp" and malware on it.

The mod is also good, like bruh, I'm impressed, I've only seen really well-made mods for that game, it's sad that zoomos can't fuck off.

It's too bad really, since the mod is well made. While I don't play the game, I do want it to succeed since it does a good job at calling back to the old internet.

The community, while there are some good mods or whatever, is cancer of course. Not really shocked there. :shrug:

tldr: the writers are dogshit, I played Frontier on stream, it was pure suffering the writing is actual fucking garbage.
Although it being dogshit was blamed on some icon artist not the writing that was legitimately fucking awful

The things the programmers did with the engine was fairly impressive, but the writing ruined all of it.
