Kinda stealing this idea from BasedShibe on minds, but I wanted a gun enthusiast megathread.

Post your kits, firearms, or whatever else thats gun related.
Because guns are cool.

Here's my kit even tho the IOTV is gov issued but the load carrier and AR10 are mine.

As a hobbyist thing yes they are (and I know at least one person who has a rifle on Discord who actually might enjoy this forum idk), and this isn't coming from an expert/someone in a country where gun laws are loose.

Well here's a Short Magazine Lee Enfield I made an attempt at restoration. Probably could of got an unmolested SMLE cheaper, but it was a fun project.

Well shit, I think it looks great! It's always good to see people giving old munitions a good run down, so don't regret not going for the more intact option.

How does it shoot? Apparently these are still well-received rifles as far as hunting goes.

Haven't had time to shoot it in it's current form, but ran a couple of rounds while it was still a sporter and it worked fine, I live in this shithole called Toronto so there's nowhere I can legally discharge my gun for 4 hours. Did plenty of dry firing though, and when the action is well oiled, it's really fucking smooth. Lee-Enfields are probably one of the most common centrefire rifles in Canada besides the SKS and Mosin. .303 Brit is really fucking expensive though, even before the ammo shortage.

Also here's a picture of it with a sling and bayonet.

I'm actually in the process of getting an M1 Garand from the CMP for my first gun at the moment. I've been wanting to get one for awhile now.
