Japanese Schools Considering the Change to “Genderless Swimsuits”

So i found this on sankaku complex recently and what the fuck is this? theres only 2 genders man and woman and also, anything else should be seen as munchausen syndrome honestly because if you are non binary you are a was/were like the typical troon when they reach their 30s when they finally rope after the reality they will never be real women or men just clown make up sterotypes of them.

Don't know what they were wearing before this but if the girls were wearing anything that resembles the typical one/two piece I feel bad for those boys who've been denied such a sight. At least they'll have the beaches maybe? Depends if they wanted to see certain girls in bikinis

My main concern is will this influence anime. It's making me think of the rockman x dive censorship with swimsuit roll,; I had enough EM to guarantee I'd get her then the bad news dropped.

Besides the obvious virtue signal of calling them "genderless" I guess we re just gonna pretend unisex clothing wasnt a thing before.:shinobu_kaka:

I, honestly dont have any issues with this. I mean if the children actually feel more comfortable in these suits then great.

I have no interest in what kids wear or dont wear Im not a parent.

I highly doubt that this will have any effect on it. Maybe in media aimed at children some years from now, but in other stuff? No way.

I mean just think of nurses for example, they havent been wearing that skirt and high heels outfit in decades and you can still find plenty of examples of it in media

While anime has created a closed feedback loop in terms of fetishes regarding school uniforms (no one wears a sailor uniform like the ones shown in anime). Children who sexually imprint on their surroundings will introduce that into media, or develop a fetish that winds up being something creators will cater towards. I expect in 10~20 years, there'll be a mask fetish boom due to the effects of Covid.

Its bleeding into anime, from Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta ep 8 (The girl is the only worthwhile part of it, the male MC is to be murdered). Not the absolute worst since we still get to see curves but its only a matter of time until we reach the hell from the sankaku image.

What is the age rating of the anime im not really up to date with the season.

Call it copium but I think one anime adopting the look is still to soon to get black pilled

Designs like that are not a new thing and they are also not the same as the one shown in the article so I don't think it is a problem here. Also the swimsuit in the anime is the same as it was in the manga and the chapter it was in came out in 2019 so it isn't because of modern day nonsense imo.

Japan started going all moe hating during 2017-2018 when they were preparing to host Olympics so coming out in 2019 is a good indication that it went pozzed.
While that could, in theory, explain why this particular manga/anime uses those swimsuits. Remember that the new suits didnt came into being until earlier this year. So while it could be argued some external factor affected this manga/anime it was not the particular factor we are talking about

The idea isn't actually bad unless you're a pervert and are mad about showing less skin. Calling them "genderless" though just seems like brownie points.
You sound retarded, these "swimsuits" are garbage, they're floppy and will have issues with water resistance, besides that, poor teens have even less eye candy now.

These "things" haven't come into existence when they were thinking of implementing them, this isn't even cope at this point, you sound like an apologist.

Its already been stated that these designs are not the same as the ones shown in the article you can look at them if you want.

Also as I said before I really dont care if these are the ones used in real life. Unless you can find evidence thst the anime's swimsuit design resembles more this new design as opposed to the one it had in the manga.

Japan is a conservative country so its no surprise they would implement less revealing clothing for their uniforms, and at the end of the day I really dont care what kids are wearing, and really you shouldnt either.

All I care is the impact it could possibly have on their media. And as of right now I think is too early to tell.

:kekw: Damn, you've become a bonafide leftist and your argumentation is just as retarded. Woke shit and the degradation of anime culture has been happening way before this, this is just another stone that has been cast. Japan isn't changing the swimsuit because of "conservative" reasons, they have had this swimsuit since the 70s, you fucking retard. And why exactly shouldn't I care what "kids are wearing"? We're trying to take away what makes the sexes different, hiding them and it's now happening in Japan as well, they're teaching kids the wrong shit besides the obvious fact that the swimsuits are of lesser quality.

I agree that these new swimsuits look ass, but it really isn't that big of an issue.
It's not like we can overturn it and I don't believe it'll bleed over into other places where people wear swimwear.
They won't use in competetive swimming, they won't use them at the beach and if they are used in anime/manga is up to the creator.

I like myself a Sukumizu just like anybody else, but this seems like a shadow cast by a fly sitting on a lamp.

Also was the term genderless used by the japanese or was it more akin to unisex? I really don't trust sankaku here.

You just saw the word conservative and went apeshit didnt you?
:shinobu_kaka:

I mean in the traditional sense of the word in which they do not show or give out much. Its got nothing to do with right wing or left wing.

and if this swimsuit has been in use since the 70s why is in the news recently then?

plus if you actually bothered to read the rest of the thread you'll notice that I do not care for the whole "genderless" angle they are going.

Yeah busybodies and feminists are, sadly encroaching into the anime culture in Japan, but thats in the form of trying to censor stuff or tying crimes to media like the idiots in the west did it with videogames.

Part of it is knowing when something is being censored, or when the idiots are trying to get something changed.

A new swimsuit, regardless of quality or how it looks, and believe me these look "dorky" at best lol is, probably, not gonna change that much, still I never said dont worry as much as I said wait and see.
