Honestly, I never would have taken Ganondorf to have jewish undertones, especially considering the "dorf" suffix wasn't there until the third game, but considering the Gerudo as a whole are based on middle eastern and islamic cultures (they have the crescent moon/star symbol in 1.0 OOT for christ's sake), I think it checks out.

That also reminds me: Andross from star fox? His japanese name is An"dorf". Make of that what you will.

Edit: Is red hair a jewish thing? Is that why everyone jokes that gingers are soulless or spawns of satan?

Ocarina of Time was actually the 5th Legend of Zelda game. Before that, there was:

1. The Legend of Zelda
2. Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
3. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
4. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening

He was first known as Ganondorf in A link to the past, prior to that He was just simply Ganon. It could be the inspiration behind His name was present in Alttp, (a power hungry tyrant using Aganhim as a means to get in with the Royal family before murdering them) and they decided to go full-throttle with that inspiration in OOT (both in His design and the similar role He plays).
Speaking of Aganhim... well, you'll have to look up His art yourself because the site refuses to let me upload it, but He also has some jewish (or at least middle-eastern) vibes, like the long nose, and I swear, those genie shoes. (Edit: I only just realized OP posted His art at the top. Somehow I missed it until now.)

On an unrelated note, Wario. Giant nose, those same genie shoes, greedy as hell, though He's not exactly... subtle. He definitely tries to be sneaky with Waluigi, though. Also, Waluigi.
