Hey,everyone.
I can't make the good idea for this manga so what do you want to know about Japanese conversation or phrases?
Give me your idea.
Considering much of us a terminally online, I'd be curious to read an episode that focuses around using the Internet in Japan, perhaps further specializing on various Internet phrases and terms that are common in Japan.

If anyone is familiar with the based, cute, and funny v-tuber Beatani, she frequently uses (at least early on) the phrase 「ヌクモリティ」which was described as like a feeling of warmth or happiness caused by togetherness online. This might be a bit more advanced for where the manga is currently, but this sort of thing and area of Japanese culture I would find very interesting to learn about, even if you explained the more simple or common aspects of it.

If you want to go for an easier topic, then perhaps you could have Misato-chan enjoy a day out walking through the park, down the streets, and to the market. Perhaps she could speak with locals, which could allow you to explain and explore 係合 and how it is used in daily life.

Wouldn't it be easier to go through the moves in the way Duolingo does? In general, I find the Japanese particles like wa(は)" and "ga(が)Is kinda confusing at times.
I have been trying to pick up Japanese again after years of neglect, focusing most on the writing system, seeing as that would take more time to master than the spoken part, let alone the understanding in general. I can understand some when spoken and seeing as I consume more Japanese media you can do that automatically.

Any information is pretty helpful. Thanks for the reply

No worries about the bad English, I understand it completely.

Hi Misato. From your perspective, is it okay to learn romaji for conversational purpose only? For example, if I get lost in Japan then knowing a few basic phrases is probably enough right?

Yes. I think so.
Probably, you can buy Japanese trip conversation textbook from Amazone or other net shoping store.(MP3 or CD)
Well, you mean. You going to trip to Japan?
Well, Most of Japanese are kind.
So you can ask to around people.
Or you should use deepl or Google translate to Japanese.
Some people are might go together to your purpose place.
I think, most of Japanese are thoughtful, but I don't recommend to ask businesses men or OL.
They are busy.
But,the best choice is ask to police box or tourist information center or nearest station.
Is it ok?

Yup, no problem mate. My dad once told me this story one time about his trip in Japan, he asked a Japanese for direction in English but that person didn't know how to respond so he literally walked/accompanied my dad to that place. Legit proof about the kindness of your people there.

Cheers Misato. Have a great new year.

Happy New Year, Misato-san! :hinata-yea:
Let's do our best learning more about language in 2022! :ars-pat:

Okay…Umm…In them ideas, Should I teach you some easily Japanese slang and explanation manga?
Yes, that would be lovely! That is the kind of content I was asking about. I would be very appreciative with whatever information you can share!
Well, anyway I'll draw some sample manga.
So give me your opinion when you saw them manga again.
Lovely! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

Satou-chan is truly cute! Her smug face is adorable. I am sorry that she had to spend her Christmas alone. (Perhaps you can draw her some friends?)

If I may offer some corrections for the English:
"I was spent time alone" => "I spent time alone"
Explanation: When you are using a past tense (過去形) verb, you don't use "was".

"in this year Christmas" => "this Christmas"
Explanation: Just using "this" before a holiday already implies it is the same year.

"Let's fun" => "Let's have fun"
Explanation: The verb "have" is simply required in this phrase.

"It will be end almost one year" => "It's almost the new year" or "It will soon be the new year"
Explanation: You were close, but the words were not quite right.

I hope these are clear enough for you! I think it is best if I try to give an explanation rather than just post what was wrong.
A sample manga
(Example video)

This video are title and Japanese sub but they are speak in English.
You can understand.
Thank you! Both your comment and the video provided are very useful. I was not aware of 「たすかる」being used in that context. It seems very similar to "bless you" in English for when someone sneezes.
I will now try to be polite and use this accordingly when I am watching my Japanese v-tubers after they have a cute sneeze. :flan-yea:
Forgive me.
This is my limit.
Do not worry! You are doing a lot for us. Thank you for your continued efforts in drawing us manga, offering advice, providing external resources, and teaching us about Japanese!
