Yeah the popularity of social media honestly baffles me. I don't understand the appeal at all.

Even the social media side of Varis is far more popular than the forum.

The idea behind social media is you can talk to anyone, at any time, of any different viewpoint, in any given fandom at any given time.
While forums are more dedicated to specific topics where you can only talk to those interested in that same topic, unless you make the forums very, very general.

It's easy to see how, on paper, social media blew up. But it really didn't take into consideration that it eventually just leads to mob mentality and us vs them. With forums, if a forum had a mob mentality, you can make your own forum and moderate it the way you like. But here, you gotta just take the mob mentality up the ass, anytime you state something, and follow guidelines that barely work because you're trusting a multi-billion dollar company to give a shit.

I mainly joined the forum because I absolutely hate censorship. Anything that’s censored, I always try to find mods that would restore that content as I refer on not having my games that I bought to be altered from the original.

I mainly game and watch anime nowadays. My stance on loli is that they’re cute and funny, and because I know the difference between fictional and reality (unlike majority of people on other social medias).

Greetings to you all, the name is Kai. Although people would like to call me selfKai sometimes. I've been on the internet since 2002, back then the internet was used to be cool and weird. Not like the sanitized, normiefag mess we have years later. The reason why i joined in Varis is because of how repetitive that these soyboys, fags, etc have tried to destroy japanese culture for years using the same old excuses, insults, etc since 2017 is being repeated ad infinitum on Twatter, Instafuck, ShitTube, etc. All of social media has to push the so-called message which it's written in a garbage handwritting format that said nothing but a 400-page with of excuses of being how they want us to be miserable n' bullshit.

I'd rather go back to old 2000s internet where social media don't exist and forums and imageboards are plentiful across the internet, people are way more creative back then. I'd rather go back to forums to create new friends than to suffer in social media. Censorship is getting to the point that is insufferable and painful to deal with. I hate censorship and groomers. Anyone who tries to ban loli content will get laughed at (I'll get the popcorn out if it gets interesting.) and mocked for being a snowflake for it. I can tell between fictional and real life, and yes they are separate. To quote myself:
"Loli is love, loli is life. Deal with it trannies, gayfags, and soyboys. Cope, seethe, mald, Go woke, get broke, then croak!"

Anyways, i love listening to all kinds of music and watching anime as well. I also love game modding, as well as video games in general. Ever since i got the PS1 when i was young, my life changed a lot for years. And it's for the better. Game mods is better than the original game for me. So i play my games modded all the time. Even if the mods have jank coding in them. My stance on Lolis are quite acceptably funny and cute, but sometimes hot since they're older woman that looks young. Some woman can look cute despite they're in their 30s. Including me but i'd gotta stop eating poisonous oreos nowadays.

Fuck it, i love all genres of music. Anyways, i hope to see you gigachads around real soon so i can hang out with y'all.

I like being addicted to the same 1 to 2 games at a time and never playing anything else. I like anime, but prefer to binge watch rather than watch it regularly.
Former Vtuber addict. Now my attention span is too low to watch a stream.
Lots of different genres of lewd stuff are nice but you probably won't find me excitedly talking about what I'm into that much.

I am bad at keeping friendships because I won't message anyone, probably.
Also don't expect me to post even though I've introduced myself.

• I'm always keeping up with the new Kamen Rider and Super Sentai seasons. Favourites are Faiz and a tie between Donbrothers and ToQger respectively.
• I love Gundam and other mecha with my favourite being 'Fafner in the Azure' and all it's sequels/prequels.
• Relatedly, I hate all the people forcing the newest Gundam into a yuri route despite the leads having zero hints of romance, just a rocky friendship. I WILL die on this hill.
• Big fan of both lolis and petite women but it's hard to find art that makes distinctions between the two.
• My fictional wife is Carol Malus Deinhelm (both loli and adult form) from Symphogear. I WILL be spending my savings commissioning art of her until I die.
• I believe books/games/anime/tv shows from anywhere should be judged by what the author(s) intended and not by what anyone/anything else may have changed, regardless of if it is "better" in any way.

People who know me will definitely recognise me from this post, but I don't care. I'll give you a medal for it if you figure out.

I love videogames and anime, currently playing Utawarerumono on my PS2 and watching the first Kamen Rider series.
I'm around N4 in japanese and try to consume as much media as I can using the language. I also do translations for some portuguese fanscans for practice.
