Bear in mind this mangaka drew Asa in full lingerie just a few chapters ago. Could it be that someone got to him to cover up all the "inappropriate" contents?

By the way there are a few more underskirt frameshots of Asa in previous chapters that were blotted out. Dandadan seems to also be getting the same treatment, any underskirt shots that could have been fanservice-y in previous mangas would get inexplicably hidden or blotted out.

I don't see anything wrong here. She's wearing a longer skirt and for the way she is "laying" there, it falls in an appropiate manner. Only time will tell, but this seems to be an overreaction on your part.
