ene deletes shit randomly. ask him why he did it.
As disheartening as it sounds, I think he wrecked his account to keep this place from becoming any more well-known than it needed to be.
Think about it: There are people who register here and leave their accounts floating for long periods of time, thus prompting their deletion.
Then you have others who do post content consistently, only to go on hiatus one reason or another, but whose accounts remain, otherwise, untouched.
Two main reasons would be them getting too busy with the situation in their real lives, or have just gotten too mentally worn-out to spend time on here any longer.
What happened with ene matched nought of those cases. Once his work gained enough attention from his detractors, he was being targeted by the miscreants in favour of artistic arbitration for elimination. He had to delete some of the things he had posted several times because those miscreants could trace his material back here, there by endangering this forum's existence. The recent vandalism of his account details, however, indicates that not only was his online identity discovered, the moralists were able to pinpoint his physical location in order for them to launch a physical assault on him, one he would never be able to escape. This aberrant activity was a last gasp defense to preserve the forum's secrecy.
I've used the Internet long enough to know that, even assuming he did survive such an attack, he has been put into a position/condition that will prevent him from coming back.
How could anyone allow for anything like that to happen? The elitists, lobbyists, and identity politics idealists preach about love and acceptance, until they find hobbyists, fetishist illustrators, and niche enthusiasts creating art they're offended by, where in they'll demean, denigrate, even derogate those parties, and now, resort to (potential) murder just to make sure they're not troubled by them again, while never showing commitment to the human rights issues they allegedly care for that said offensive art was a reminder of...
It's impossible to co-exist with people who want you to dilute your identity - or be gone forever.
