I remember playing on a big Ragnarok-Online private server back then and it was pretty hard to use my native language (german) in chat because they insta muted you for every kind of "Offensive" words. There are tons of words in German that end with "niger" so I was technically perma muted.

That's not the worst fucking part. One of the characters verbally says nigero (or nigerundayo if my spelling is correct), basically saying run away because there's enemies nearby if the language is set to Japanese. Like, YOUR GAME HAS IT IN THE VERBAL DIALOGUE. What kind of dogshit bot are you guys using?

Though why would they be using the English alphabet instead of a Japanese one is the question for another thread. Oh, and the player got their account unsuspended after people screamed at Epic that they were fucking retarded.

it's quite populaar among jp vtubers, i heard they even had a competition lately. I think most japanese are still ignorant or don't care about this issue. Can't blame them, almost everyone are like that.
