Even as a kid I didn't like the cinema. I hated the 40 years worth of ads they world show you before the film you paid to see, those uncomfy chairs, the trash that was always everywhere and how expensive the snacks where plus having to sit still in those chairs would do a number on your muscles.

Spend an hour or what traveling there and back, pay twenty bucks, get forced to buy overpriced drinks and popcorn or have nothing, get exposed to advertising before movie start and you can't even pause to piss

The choice is obvious. A lot of movie theaters are getting supported with public money because "culture" or some bullshit. Just let them die.

Ok so maybe this hadn't exactly aged well, but the movie iirc was basically if trolls remorse was a movie from joker getting cheeks busted and dying off by some other wannabe joker and the musical stuff was forced in too iirc cause of the troons biggest idol lady gaga was in it so yeah, not really surprised as to why wb and discover is splitting up lol.
