only offer politics to some degree since froot did tweet before that she was harassed by a immigrant, and the reason some euro vtubers might be streaming more or starting subathons is that everything has become more expensive because of a certain war. Might even effect some euro vtubers to leave the UK and head to the U.S.

We'll just ignore how despite stating 'Youtube' it actually encompasses every streaming platform. We'll just ignore how this is an award program run by twitch. We'll just ignore how a certain ceo of a certain vtuber group used to work at twitch. We'll also pretend there have been no ad campaigns acting as if only vhoejo is the only vtuber group on the planet.
Current excuse is that holo and niji didn't care or didn't want to start shit with each other, but I think the actual answer is no one was told about this category until after the submission date. Especially when you compare it to all the other categories that have way more people and corporations on it.

I can completely see why Miko would appear on top, she's put in a lot more effort into her models... I don't watch her enough to vouch if she is entertaining or not but she's more 3D then the others, plus I believe she's independent.
Contrary to what some might think, Zentreya makes a shit load of cash in terms of twitches most earned platformers because of her audio donos and consistently streaming. I am assuming maybe shylily and shxtou havent participated or how long they blew up before becoming famous was in a short amount of time like one more year or less if they have this again nominee shit again i am assuming shylily would be there or she does not want to yet until she has more followers than some of the members because it sucks losing.
Bao worked her ass off for her model debut and made her songs/videos, etc got above 24k viewers in her subathon and yet Squchan some hungarian space cat with less viewers and followers hit 5k on her subathon in a few days faster than Bao did for few days so it depends if they have oilers(rich simps to those that dont know the term).
