hi. i'm a vtuber as a hobby.
i was gonna wait until my art skills improved before i made my model, but back in 2021-something, vtweeters were being little bitches and i sped up my timeline to just forego getting good at art to make a good-looking model and make content as a vtuber, just to spite their worthlessness.
yes, i made my own model.
i'm too much of a cheapskate to ever pay hundreds to thousands for someone else to draw and rig a model, when i'm probably not gonna use about all the features other than face-tracking my eyes and mouth opening, considering i'm not expressive.
i made my 1st vtuber model on a 4gb ram HDD computer that runs like a dead potato and tracked my face using chinese spyware, yet made more content than any vtweeter has after wasting several thousand bucks trying to be an entertainer with their shitty personalities.
people came to my nes tetris streams in awe at my ability and hypnotised from the game, making use of my low-end computer with high-skill classic tetris plays.
my 2nd (current) model was made under the worry that i don't want my computer to fry depending on how resource-intensive a more complicated, detailed model, would be, thus it's very simple, low-quality, and really not as good as it can be.
now that my computer is improved, i no longer have to worry about that, and when i eventually make and upgrade to a newer model, i won't have to worry about 100% disk usage every time.
my content has no consistency, and is just me fucking around and doing whatever i want. i have no hope that i can and will succeed as a full-effort vtuber.
i do what i want for fun, and you come to my content to see the jokes that i make, skills that i have, horrors that i am, and fascinations that i find.
feel free to join me if you want to, whenever you want to, coming and going for as long as you want to.

I didn't upload anything for the past year. Not much of a vtuber. I know if I upload these videos unedited it's going to be the most bland thing you ever see. Never gotten around to learning how to properly edit videos in kdenlive. It's a vrm model, have japanese vtubers all moved on from the vrm models nowadays? I am focusing my skills on music and art (for album&tubing) at the moment so it's not like I'm going to be uploading anytime soon, especially if I have to edit these two hour long videos. Need some advice on intro, intermission, and ending animations for actual tubing. Delu managed to get from rock bottom voice livestreams to professional live2d avatar in 6-8 months. Not sure how to follow similar steps.
addendum: you can see from the thumbnails many are black screen, there's content of window capture stuff from obs but it's very bare bones. It needs to be spiced up to cover up the black void of the background and the many dozen minutes of utter silence. I'm not much of a talker, just a listener.

Yeah, going with the character intro can be a little... cringe, but figured it can't hurt. As for talking hours.. hey. I love vtubers, and all that stuff. I might actually like hearing about it.
Oh, the personalities aren't that extremely different. They just go from tsundere to more.... ehehe... Affectionate. Since I'm Indy, I can be my own person and make my own decisions, one of which is definitely promoting a lewder nature to the character on her adult looking forms (on websites that permit it only). Although artistically, I promote all as long as it harms no one. She was originally meant to be a succubus/mouse, but I realized there's a lack of real monster girls. I probably could have went with Arachnid, but a close friend sold me on lamia/Echidna [the dungeon snake monsters that use minions to weed out horrible mates.] Though when I get these forms over time, I already have it planned on their themes.
This one currently shown, her favorite games would be FPS/Aggressive PVP/Zombie killing. She wants to destroy everything... with affection(maybe.) The Onee-san type is more flirty/cutesy, shy but friendly with a theme of cutesy games like Minecraft/Sims- very campy, and Milf is full on Ara-Ara/Headpats and focuses on MMORPGs like WoW/FFXIV, or adult games on Plexstorm.
The final form is similar to the milf, just more assertive like a hellhound character. If I ever get to that point. [Dreaming big mode.]
Oh, don't get me wrong. I've been doing stuff, and until I -can- get my rig already plan on drawing my PNG stills for stuff. Also my artist is a little overwhelmed with commissions so I have to wait anyways for that part to even be able to start rigging, but until I rig the art, I'm just going to use chibi stills I make for twitch and youtube videos.
I wouldn't worry about that too much. I use ibuypower where they make a prebuilt computer of your own choosing/from their options. I got an estimate on what I'm looking at, and while I am sure there are stronger/better/faster PCs out there, the upgrade I'm saving for is already 200x> better than what I am working with. I know some people say you shouldn't get prebuilt because it can get destroyed in delivery, but I haven't had one incident like that yet from them. Luckily.
But yes, I have been working with what I have, but until I get something new, (I don't got a choice. I just really like streaming... so no point quitting all of a sudden), things will have to remain classic PNG. Using facerig tends to burn up my PC.... Pretty awkward to deal with. If the game isn't lagging, the facerig lags too.I still intend on working on 2Dlive cubism to rig my character on here. Takes four weeks for their estimated delivery, so I'd likely already have that all done/sorted/ready before then.

my favorite thing is the way you just vibe almost like you dont even notice your on camera and even when your talking to us it seems like your talking to yourself i think that quality of you will interest alot of people like me! maybe youll even join a vtuber group(not agency just group) maybe mine maybe something bigger who knows! just keep doing what you do and youll do great!!!
