My daily routine was eating 6 hard boiled eggs and putting some mayonnaise on top of them before heading to the Gym. than eating whatever I want for lunch like pizza, chicken, burgers etc. Example: 1 month went to curling from 80lbs to 90lbs with one arm, next month 100lbs trying to workout whenever I can with my schedule. But the thing is I also want to cut down on some fat. So I started off today with the idea of a dozen hardboiled eggs little under 2 dollars, mixing it with wild Alaska pink salmon can a little under 4 dollars and corn costing 70 cents on toasted whole wheat bread that costs 2 dollars and something change.

It falls apart a little bit but I am assuming adding some mayonnaise to it would make it taste better along with being a little more pasty from falling apart. If anyone has some good food recipe ideas that gain muscle and cut fat while tasting good let me know since its better than usually eating out on fast foods like burgers, philly cheese steaks, honey walnut shrimp, general Tsao chicken, gyros, etc

Also you can talk about whatever food recipes you like if you have ideas in which it doesn't have to be for fitness if you like, might update thread if there is any good brainstorm ideas.

I still need to find a way to balance my budget for ingredients; I never knew how expensive a simple cut of steak can get. Eggs seem to be ideal for the price, and I love them scrambled. I also like onions (especially green ones), but I still have trouble slicing and dicing them well.

i experimented and made some egg drop soup when i was curious how to make it

all you need is chicken stock, a pan big enough for all the soup you want to make, eggs, and a measuring cup
add salt and sugar to taste

some rice wine might help it taste better, but i never noticed much of a difference to care

heat up the chicken stock until it's hot enough/boiling (apparently you're supposed to add equal parts water with it, but i never did, and don't see why)
then, with the scrambled eggs in the measuring cup (scramble them outside or inside the measuring cup, doesn't matter), pour a slow thin stream into the soup (you could just dump all the eggs rather than doing that, but why tho, it ruins the soft texture of the soup)

if the stock is hot enough, the eggs should near-instantly cook itself when it falls in, and creates a nice thread of eggs inside the soup

after you pour in all the egg, cook until you feel like it's done, and let it cool (or immediately serve and eat the scorching hot thing and give your mouth 2nd degree burns) until it's safe to consume

it's good stuff, relatively simple to make when you have everything, and should be relatively cheap

besides onions i like to cut pepper into pieces along with some bacon into pieces but I fry the bacon 1st before throwing the onions or peppers in because here in America there is alot of fat in the bacon that needs to be poured out and i pour hot sauces into the eggs when they are in the yolk stage in the pan.

Also I like use blood sausage as morning breakfast

I cut it into pieces and throw it in a pan with some olive oil., eventually the cut pieces in the pan with start to look like this if you squash it enough with a wooden spoon.

I also like to put a bunch of black pepper into it.

I dont mind making recipes like sushi but some french and Japanese dishes take alot of time to make.

Usually when i don't have time, i just make a cup of instant ramen with 1 fried egg or 1 sausage.
When i have free time, i like to make fried rice with some stir fried grounded beef/pork and some diced vegetables/beans and diced garlic/onion (sometimes i mixed them with the meat's sauce during stir fried or salads them with mixed mayonnaise and hot sauce in 1:3 ratio)
I occasionally switch the rice with ramen, macaroni or other pastas

This is a super basic quick lunch to make which is porkchops, red beats and mash potatoes.

Got like 14 thin sliced porkchops for 12 dollars, probably could have been cheaper if I bought the pork loin, sliced it and used a kitchen mallet to beat it to thin it out a little. I used 6 eggs in which I think 4 eggs would have been enough to whisk with a fork in a bowl. have one empty plate to put the porkchops, one with flour and the other plate to be filled with bread crumbs which cost like a dollar. mix pork chop with flour, dip the pork chops into the eggs and than lay it in the breadcrumbs in which it will look like this.

Then fill the pan with olive oil in high heat flipping each side 5 minutes or more until its a golden brown on both sides like this.

Although to cut on time it is best to peel potatoes and having the pot boil them for like 40 minutes while you are in the process of preparing the pork chops and frying them. drain the potatoes, use potato masher put in a little butter or garlic herb butter for better taste, keep adding a little milk into to potatoes until its nice and mashy.

get shredded beet jar where you can serve it cold in plate or pre-microwave if you want it hot.

You can also go italian style boiling noodles for 10 minutes, mix in pasta with the noodles and instead of pork chop and breadcrumbs you use veal and panko bread crumbs.
