My pleasure! Your efforts are great, and you should be commended appropriately.
Patience needs to be taken when you are both learning a language and helping others. I am sure if I were to start speaking what limited Japanese I know, I would have a lot of mistakes. Actually, I would have much more than you do, as your English is very understandable.
Many thanks for the added Japanese text. It's always good to learn more.
Yes! Dogen has some truly excellent informative videos, especially on the somewhat challenging Japanese tonal system. I also enjoy his comedic videos, much like the one you posted. They're often short and easy to process. He's a strong recommendation from me to those learning Japanese.
I am grateful for you pointing this out. There is a stereotype among Japanese people that they are often critical of foreigners speaking Japanese, and while this is probably true for some, particularly older people, I don't think it's the case in general.
One fear that I think most native learners have is whether or not they will be able to speak with a native accent. I think this mindset is unnecessary, as you just need to be understood. It would be nice to speak natively in another language, but I think that's unreasonable for most people. The concern mostly comes from natives being judgemental of your own accent, but I think in most cases they are just grateful that you are making an attempt to speak their language.
Also, thank you for posting the link to the Forvo site. I have used it before in the path, I believe for other languages as well, and it can be very helpful for learning proper pronunciation.
Ahh, both of them are so cute! どちらもとても可愛いですね!
Thank you for adding another character! I am so happy that Saki-chan is no longer alone. I can't wait to see what else is to come! You are very talented with your character design.
メガネ好きですか?They are very popular accessories for characters, as many westerners enjoy them.
Also, thank you for writing the kanji as well as furigana. This is without a doubt that hardest part of learning Japanese for me, so the more experience with them in writing, the better!
I apologize for being so late to see this new update. The new year has been challenging for me for the most part. 難しいです。。。
From your last few drawings, I do not have any major corrections to add. There is only one slight correction.
"
in this year" => "
this year"
解説 The use of "in" is not necessary because "this year" already indicates the time period being considered. Alternatives you may want to consider are "throughout" or "during", both of which are acceptable yet not always needed.
