In my opinion despite fully agreeing with the message I think adding political messages to an anime meant for kids is cringe as fuck and I stand by my "keep your politics away from entertainment".

I think this whole situation is mega-leveled cringe.
but jokes aside I am a massive Digimon fan and from what I have gotten from most of the shows, the only political takes, statements or messages have been very neutral or so bipartisan.
that you don't even notice it until you think about it as an adult and be like oh that's what they were trying to showcase.

for example, in Digimon tamers, one of the main characters is half Japanese & half Chinese, this is kinda an interesting choice if you consider certain factors
(if you know anything about japan and east Asia in genual)
but the show treats him like a normal character like the rest of the cast, and that fact of him being a Hāfu is only mentioned/showed once or twice during the whole narrative.
just him existing in that show and not being turned into a joke character or oh my god it's one of the Hāfu.
Is very telling if you think what they were trying to do with the character and the show if I was to put on my political goggles on.

true, but meanwhile the leftards are brainwashing your kids using school from kindergarten to college, using tv/movies from sunday morning cartoon to hollywood movies, using comics & video games.

You should educate your kids to not get brainwashed too. And using anime to prevent your kids from being brainwashed is good (as long as it's not cringe/preachy & and still has a good story).
