I mean just like celebrities if you are a AAA game you can get away with anything.

I was thinking of something along the lines of a hentai game or something similar

This dev said they had other games released on Switch while they still allowed it. You will never find nipples in a Japanese developed console game, but that's because CERO doesn't allow them so they have to develop their games around CERO guidelines.
