Megathread Controversies and bad/good behaviour of Companies in the industry (WIP)

Thread Description
Documentation and collection of the good and bad things video game companies do
Nice to have all this gathered in one place, much appreciated!

MangaGamer. I am kinda grateful for uncensored and translated releases of some masterpieces like Euphoria and Eroge! but a year ago the company's staff was exposed for
talking shit about their fanbase and beeing full of sensitive woke faggots. It was a Discord leak, and they were really shitting on Rance fans who were asking for Rance translation. I rememeber the OAG article but OAG has been dead for about a year.
I found the OG Imgur leaks ---> More articles/videos:

I see what you mean but it could be argued that they just changed the design.
I wonder is Square Enix companies here because I have this pics...View attachment 6492
that one is more clear but pls add more info. When, why, where?
It's hard to tell why this happend. Could be the studio but also Sony. Added it!

Since OAG is already dead after the writer Billy D has missing in late 2020 but here are some of the archive.

Video games only pls.
Ah, when I saw Atlus, you forgot to add the 2019-2020 drama with Persona 5 Royal when Retard Era and wokefags were bitching about the 2 gay guys in the red light district interacting with Ryuji and MC and how that is "muh houmoufobia" cuz they are "giving gays the image of being predators" or some shit and then they purposely mistranslated the whole scene to bend the
knee to those fags who haven't bought the game either way and I don't believe they will in the future either.

You can probably add as a good thing for Steam to actually open the door for adult content, a few years back.
Even if it's still censored for loli and shota stuff, it was an amazing step at the time for such a big marketplace to even do that.

i guess i add it as mixed as they are extremely vague about it and still pick and choose.

IMO it's a good overall, since there are games I've never thought someday seeing in steam, like one one one games. Funny as I remember the many journalists being against this good thing.
What's bad is their ban of loli shota, and overall "anything in school clothing" being a no no.
Overall though, it kick-started the adult industry to the bigger public, and that means lots of cash and incentive for more games of that nature.

added thx!
I'm not too sure about this one. While it certainly possible that they changed the cover because of Boobs there could also be other reasons as long as the game itself is not censored :zt-think: Another thing to keep in mind is that rating organizations like the ESRB might object to certain box covers. I probably will add it but as mixed and with disclaimer.

I suggest adding "Created Siege" as a negative for Ubisoft :seething:
