IMO it's a good overall, since there are games I've never thought someday seeing in steam, like one one one games. Funny as I remember the many journalists being against this good thing.
What's bad is their ban of loli shota, and overall "anything in school clothing" being a no no.
Overall though, it kick-started the adult industry to the bigger public, and that means lots of cash and incentive for more games of that nature.

Another thing to keep in mind is that rating organizations like the ESRB might object to certain box covers. I probably will add it but as mixed and with disclaimer.
I'm not too sure about this one. While it certainly possible that they changed the cover because of Boobs there could also be other reasons as long as the game itself is not censored
