Hard to say. I tend to end up watching primarily vtubers who bother to run youtube accounts/shorts.
So most girls from Idol corp I track decently well. A good quarter of the girls from Phase Connect, and finally only independent girl I follow at all is Chibidoki.

Shondo's one of those entertainers one would just keep coming back to. Other favorites include Tenma, Fauna, Ame, Kiwawa (thanks to her GTA IV streams), Panko and more recently, Riro Ron. Thanks to her Vitas covers.

Watch Pippa, watch Lia and Pomu time to time, but pomu and lias collab made me watch an entire stream of just them talking for nearly 3 hours was basically the 1st time I watched a Vtubers entire stream instead of cutting off watching vtubers 30 minutes to an hour or just hearing what they say on the background with another tab open.
Halo(not the admin of this site) and Anny ASMR streams are the go to lewd streams. Erina from phase connect, Snuffy and Layna would have been perfect if they did such content.
Any Vtuber that streams the entire halo series solo or multiplayer co-op or sets a collab with 16 players or setting up the rules in the collab multiplayer map like no tanks just wraiths would be my most favorite vtuber.
Battlefield 2 bad company with all the map packs it had would be a bonus.

Another recent addition to my favorites is Nina Saotome, especially since she covered the likes of Portishead, Alice in Chains and some of the Nier Replicant songs.
I wouldnt say that they are specifically my favorite Vtubers but rather the ones that I sadly have the hots for. Selen, Snuffy, momotexx and amano sefari. What I see in these vtubers is they give off the biggest, "I want to get fucked by a man not a boy" kind of vibe to them which is the biggest turn on for me(been hitting the gym hard this month). I mean sure you can say most women are like this but they emulate the biggest aura of it. When I found out who nocturnal was to Selen awhile back I felt like a huge war crime was commited because this dudes RTX photos of what I saw of him dont show any kind of testosterone or masculanity in the air coming from him as nickmercs. I dont recommend any of these 4 vtubers unless your a masochist like myself.`

She's the /only/ Polish vtuber that's gotten a following outside Poland. Everyone else you listed is fake-Polish / "American". I put quotations around American because it's a very American thing to claim homage to European roots without any real connection to it otherwise. (Vei's British but it counts.)
