The idea is that "creepy" is just an outside judgment made by others, you'd be very hard-pressed to find anyone that would deem themselves "creepy", because it's very difficult for people to suddenly act outside their moral compass, and if their moral compass does not see their own behavior as "bad", it wouldn't matter.
