As the title states, kadokawa was going to release a anti lgbt book; Irreversible Damage by abigail shrier but got a lot of backlash and canceled it.

This bugs me more thanks to recent events, that bitch hanako gets rewarded for her anti loli/fanservice bile but fling one insult at the sacred alphabets and suddenly the gears start moving in their favor as always.

I know better to not generalize but after all the bullshit being flung at the the things EVERY FUCKING DAY I enjoy I needed a laugh at these fucking hypocrites demanding that I pretend that your very much not-a-woman-ass is one and pop a boner for your fetish but you can't engage in a exchange, leave loli/fanservice alone.

Its the same group of people controlling and pushing western leftist rot in japan (the information is out there in the open) and they take part in the government as lawmakers. Localization fuckery is a whole different can of worms imo and mostly has to do with just how big gaming has become. Anything and everything gaming related is aimed at the "global audience" from planning to development to advertising to shipping and like it or not the biggest players in the industry is western concentrated and this place if filled to the brim with activists. Hell look at /v/ which is supposed to be the fringe of the fringe/minority is filled with retardera trannies, its hardly surprising that the more mainstream sphere is just activists and trannies. Manga is not as big as gaming is globally. Anime is mostly just manga adaptations. Leftist activism rot isnt a cultural thing in the majority of society in japan yet so you still have creators not being retarded trash by default trying to push some agenda in their works. Same cannot be said for the west. These attitudes and beliefs dont really have as much power in production/creation phase as they do in gaming. For example localization fuckery has been going on a long time before people started to take notice both in gaming and anime but gaming grew bigger and bigger into what it is now and we can all see the state it is in. I've been browsing 4chan and 8chan for ages now and i never really spotted any troon shit i mean if i did, chances are knowing the chansphere they would have bullied those types outta there to the point the 41 percent rate went up lol.

Still pretty dissapointing considering the book is published in the US and EU too I think

I was also curious about the book so I went ahead and read a few pages and so far the author made a very good argument against those groomers (not seeing the degenerate cartoon part yet though), it's really disheartening places like reddit banned even a discussion of this book and thus made itself known as supporter of child groomers.

Remember that reddit is far from an accurate representation of whatever the subreddit is about. Hell its fairly obvious most of those people arent japanese. Id say if you want to see a more accurate reaction go to actual japanese websites.

As for the cartoon stuff. I saw it in a screenshot on twitter, It could have been a misrepresentation though.

Aside from never trusting or listening to whatever source that information came from, I would suggest not to look into/study japanese political ongoings/history using english sources. Majority of the information that is reported in english is regurgitation of japanese mainstream media which is believe it or not more deranged left wing than western mainstream media.
