Kathryn Cwynar is a Japanese to English translator who works at Square Enix and serves as the English Localization Lead for Final Fantasy XIV. She took over this role from Michael-Christopher Koji Fox, who transitioned to work on Final Fantasy XVI at the time. Cwynar presumably began assuming her responsibilities in this position around 2017 and has held the role since then.

Though, alas, my subscription is probably still paying that parasite.

It is simply astounding that they can continue to LARP as victims after all this. They cheer for our slaughter then run for the hills. It just goes to show the size of the bubble they live in, they've never actually interacted with normal people. Thankfully, it seems a lot of these ghouls whom cheered for Charlie Kirk's murder are being fired, (at the very least, a comic artist and msnpc newshead were) so one can only hope these clown turds join them in exodus.

Just unsubscribing will do tons more damage than you think. Also I do think the lead localizer was fired thanks to the whole Kirk Fiasco.

Sadly I looked right after this said that and you were right. Square Enix needs to be taken to task on it. They can say all they would like about the fact the company is not at fault for an employee because the employee's views are their own. But if they keep them around it's basically an endorsement of the worldview they hold. It's like when companies lose customers because the staff is awful or the manager is just horrible.
