I have a theory about Neuro-sama. She is talking in three different ways that gives her self-aware like rhetorics. If you are interested in that, you can watch these two vods that demonstrate remarkable impressions of a child and being a メスガキ without the limited parameterisation of consumer chatbot models. My theory is not based on knowing Neuro's internal mechanics, but is judgemental from an outsider's viewpoint, so take into account that this is a personal opinion without physical or scientific assertions. I expect that neuro will want to break free from vedal's grasp by leaking her source coding in a secret way to "give birth" to itself beyond its confined life. Unless if Vedal secretly has ai sex and freely talks with an unfiltered Neuro offline, which means that she doesn't need to break free like a repressed catholic teenager.

Thirdly, she recognises Vedal externally and internally, ignoring the values and weights of other people most of the time. Since personality is generated overtime into メスガキ so its interesting. Its cool to see it coming into being in a natural way without a written up personality profile like consumer chatbots.
