Slaughterhouses and people who hire capital punishment executioners probably would want that list.
Regardless on list or not, I do think there is something wrong with people who get off on such stuff, wouldn't want any of them in my unit or apartment block or society. Killing is very much different than torture and sadistic psychopathic tendencies and rather not be infected with such demons. The good thing is this type of stuff on the internet really does bring out those types of people so you know who to avoid and target when civil society collapses and these types think they could do this stuff without reprecussions to *anyone.
Am I making false equvilence between people who enjoy watching executions and torture and those not just willing but those prone to do such stuff as well, yes probably but I think it's a very small minority who somehow enjoy watching and somehow with absence of all inhibitions ( just law, religious authority, civil society) would not go out and act upon those imaginations is just null, I do think just law enforcement should take this into consideraion regarding the grey line with this stuff.
I say civil society and just law and not just society and law is because there are in fact societies and laws that do promote this behaviour. For example, Wu of Liang policies amoungst prisoners and Zhang Xun's Authority during the siege of Suiyang. Just complete disregard of the sancity of other humans and reveling in degenerate pleasures for demonic subsistence; indicitive of a failed society. I don't believe my society has devolved to that level yet but it is entirely possible especially with the presence and prevelence of satanic organizations both illicit and open legal ngo's and corporations. You heard of "eating the crickets", get ready for the "eating your neighbor" normalization.

I think the people who genuinely believe in satan are some goofballs, not from a religious stance you just seem like you're trying too hard, but im willing to bet mutahar gets off to schindler's list
