I have an entire folder's worth of sources for a video I'm making, but I'll share one story.

Devil May Cry 5 on PS4. Capcom blamed PEGI for the Trish butt censorship (despite the fact it applied to all PAL versions, including Australia - and for a while it applied to North America). It was clearly Sony's fault yet Capcom (and all other devs) aren't allowed to point the finger at them. The Special Edition is still censored on (PAL) PS5, too. (Xbox and PC never censored it.)

Sony updated their Terms of Service in December 2022. I don't know what was changed specifically. But I now know they granted themselves the power to ban you for broadcasting PS4 games without permission from the IP owners (thank you very much, Japan /s). In addition? If you violate any of their ToS, they now claim to have the right to revoke access to your own games (including, if you read the language carefully, your own physical copies).

1. Software is Licensed

4.1. When you purchase Software, you are granted a licence to use that Software as described in these Terms, but you do not acquire ownership of the Software. If you do not comply with these Terms we can terminate the Software licence granted to you under these Terms, which means you will no longer have the right to use the Software.
