From what i noticed it's more or less Maria's outfit and a very bad tonal change in terms of Character Design and the way the game is designed in terms of battling with a wack-a-mole gameplay and poorly done Zoom ins. You can even stagger monsters by shooting them in the legs and kill them. I was watching someone play the game through.
You know the saddest part about the whole thing? Resident Evil 2 Remake is basically more Silent Hill 2 with Claire's section than Silent Hill 2's remake trying to be a poorly done Resident Evil 4 original. Fans are trying to say positive things because they wish for another Silent Hill but honestly some things need to just stay dead than to be outsourced or touched by people at all unless they fully know what they are doing. Which is rare.

I'm so sad that one of my favorite parts of SH got shat on so badly. I was really hoping to see something beautiful, especially Maria/Mary. But here they disfigured everyone as if on purpose. Even Eddie in the original wasn't so hyperbolized ugly. James has just been turned into a doormat who mumbles to himself. Angela, even though she had a horrible tragedy in her life, like she was intentionally disfigured, but also the voice actress turned her into a whiny teenager (yes she's 19, but still) who didn't get enough Diet Coke. (although I don't know how to objectively treat her appearance in the remake). It's a shame that such big Japanese companies dance to the tune of woke liberals.

Remember when this game was once upon a time the worst silent hill game i hadnt even played that game but i was pretty much just curious bout the music since korn did the music for the game and tbh i want akira yamoka to work with korn again and korn to do collabs with Japanese composers for video games since i love metal alot so much but what the fuck am i even on about now. :/ It would only attract fuckign tourists ekids from tiktok to the series so fucking forget it, i'll just stick to the Japanese music and black metal like i have lately instead just a fucking nostalgic lapse of judgement fucking disregard it, just midnight brainfog that i need to sleep off to clear up my head from preventing cringe like that pop up in my thoughts.
