I've mentioned the games from time to time mainly the lolcowlization documentation threads and this thread was inspired by the vids i've occasionally shared bout ar tonelico. And i figured now is as good as time as any to go more in depth bout the games now since im now getting around to playing and learning bout the series after ages of seeing it be rec'd to me as well the amount of years i had to look for a affordable copy with everythign in the collectors edition of the game so now that im new to the series may as well share some of my impressions of it.

Its a trilogy of sci fi fantasy jrpgs by gust with a musical focus to the story and gameplay. Yep as seen by the image it is focused on fanservice too. Its also pretty notable for its use of a unique language called hymonos or something like that where its also been fantranslated into a lot of meanings of the years too. Its also boardgamey like too like SaGa considering the developers own background in boardgames during their schoolyears. Otherwise yeah from what i gather its the atypical attack and dethrone god type of jrpg ofc.

Is part of a universe called exa_pico which also includes the ciel nosague and ar sounuge games too by gust.

Its not just games too, like audio dramas a manga and a ova also exists too for the exa pico series and lot of exa pico stuff here in the west its not really that easy to find or to purchase either too for that matter.

Yeah theres crossovers too trinity universe and cross x edge but its all just fucking commercials at the end of the day and mid ones too for that matter from what i understand. :/

Also ofc the dialgoue yeah nis nuff said you can see on the lolcowlization threads i've posted on bout that type of dogshit that i encountered online from how dogshit all the lines are. :/
