The story I am hearing is that the person who wrote the article got rejected in the VAllure 2nd gen auditions. Any male collabs or bringing males to their organization would kill their main source of income.

Some fuck ups were bound to happen sooner or later.
I heard that the agency would be willing to fund projects if some of the members requested it. I know that some said on stream they would want a 3d or a VR model. There is nothing wrong with sending money to donation charities but I think it would be better to help yourselves become a lot bigger with more money coming to give a good amount of sums later to charity. You should still have to be highly competitive and never underestimate your competition which a huge emergence of it is happening.
Other issue, rules are no hiring men or collabs with men to pander to unicorns. But of course one of the members don't take other things into consideration.

I'm wondering if she's mellowed out a little since it has been about 1-2 years since then. Or maybe she's still hardcore into parasocialism but is restraining herself to not fuck over her gen-mates.
All in all what I'm getting at here is Immy is probably the only girl out of the group you can safely fawn over if you have parasocial issues. I'd bet money that she'll at least keep up the act flawlessly till she fully retires. She kinda comes off as one of those girls who genuinely believe in maintaining that Eastern-Idol role. I respect the hustle.
I'm genuinely proud of her for how far she's come and I hope she doesn't slip up. Among quasi-GFE vtubers in the West she's probably the most promising one. Good audio quality, decent spirited acting, and a stellar personality.

Even before the troon started trooning out I think Stronny went through extra measures to not have immy and icey stream on fansly and I think icey stopped with the dadda pacifier shit that might get VAllure in trouble. troon starts trooning, than i think icey(dont know about immy) got a 2.0 model that makes her appear older.
I think it all comes down to perception.
Coqui's Vtuber model physically looks like it could be perceived as teen to adult age.
Bratty personality is common in females age 13-40(some can say higher and lower age this is an example) and to Coqui it comes natural based on her streams.
Adult is behind vtuber model.
Coqui has more leeway of getting away with more shit than immy and icey streaming on fansly which is probably why stronny is preventing those 2 from streaming there.
I am assuming VAllure might have learned about their mistakes of trying not to look too loli when doing adult content but make the model and character behind it seem to fall to the legal side of things to avoid trouble. Coqui perfected this but her one weakness is being an idiot not using a twitter account to grab a broader audience, and a bigger idiot for requiring a sign login in just to see what her fansly account link is in order to follow her on fansly(creating so many loops to jump).

I take my eyes off this organization for just one moment and they are already beginning to pull some big numbers to the point that once the 2nd gen wave comes through they will be estimated to be phase connect's competition by next year at the rate of growth they are achieving.

I know its too early to judge how the new models will be, but still. I feel like Guns and Tails are stepping on Vshojo's shoes a little bit because of a close resemblance to robot Zentreya and Ironmouse.
Complaint: The 1st gen wave I let it slide that stronny was chosen as one of the models because it is her company. But public image wise she should not showcase nepo hiring like with letting it be known on social media that you were hiring a friend named Streiss Strussels. Streiss was known for getting into drama defending her mod the same way Saruei was defending her mod Darius from getting lynched by the self-entitled Twitter art community. Like I don't care if VAllure hired Gura it would still look better publicly if all members auditioned.
Praise: So far, the only model that sticks out to me with a very high potential the kind "that might" surpass their best member Immy is Tails. If Tails has someone that sounds like momotexx or ironmouse it's a home run for the company to skyrocket even faster with growth or any female that sounds like they are latina. Stronny answered my plea that we have Tails getting voiced by a Latina but I feel like people might have already known a latina would voice her because her vtuber model represents a quetzalcoatl which in Latin America is a feathered serpent. Also the term, "feisty" describing the model suggests a Latina would voice it.

What's kinda sad but funny is I used to watch Streiss at one point before she became a whore, but bailed after finding out she had minors in her discord and minecraft server (happened the same day funnily enough). Only about a year later did I find out she heel-turned her content into 18+ fansly streaming.

Some lewdtubers are stalling with lewd content and others got too carefree slipping BF reveals which can be used against them in the future in case they got involved with drama. VAllure can't afford to immediately fuck up with Streiss since I dont really care much if she has a fat ass.
I was shocked that Immy is close to 100k subscribers and that stronny brought in like 2,300 viewers to her youtube stream before that stream got bonked, better keep their heads focused on the grind. It is still considered a hit or miss on who exactly they got voicing Tails. Nyana banyana, ironmouse and momotexx are that female sounds Latina done right, yfubaby, mira pink and apollo mythos are females that don't sound Latina despite claiming they have Latin American ethnic backgrounds.
Edit: Finding the right intro loading screen song for Tails would be fun.

But that's OK depending how big they grow and a bigger talent pool for auditions to be hosted they can always go for a 3rd gen wave for the elf design.
