If you look at his last post in varis it actually says he's taking a 10-12 week vacation. So I guess we should question if blackjack is truly kill in late november/early december.

You know how it is: parents can transmit their traumas to their children. And so on and on it goes.
Not to make this trend a political/societal one, but I don't agree with the 'strong male' ideology as the 'simple' solution. Most of it is pure bullshit of insecure males stuck at their highshool evolution stage. Borderline control freaks because they have no control over themselves or their surroundings - almost like how some women 'broken' by their own choices turned up being 'life coach' to others. All that is just a big scam for gullible people. 'Strong male' is just a weak ideology - too close to the wannabe tough guys mentality of the past. Like how most modern women act and behave.
Being a good adult is far better in this regard, because it is actually way harder to achieve in our current times.
Because they have nowadays weak cultures, most countries of the Western civilisation have failed to make sure people become adults in a common basic value system - to stay a child pass their majority should be a crime in and of itself. But no, better to indulge them, making money out of them and let them go to therapy around their 30s because they start to realise how badly broken and lacking they are and it is no longer 'fun' and 'popular'. Just wasted lifes for the sake of their 'rights' and the rising question on why they were allowed to be born in the first place.
Only positive so far on that self-destructive trend - most took themselves out of the gene pool. Maybe in a few decades from now, we will see less and less of these mediocre people in our social surroundings and we could start to expect what remains to behave in a more mature way, like actual humans.
But I highly doubt it. Humanity tend to fail at even the lowest standards.
