I am still trying to figure out what goals Vshojo is trying to accomplish.
1.Hololive: although still big, going from private to public to meet DEI quotas caused some major EN vtubers to start quitting and it can only be a matter of time until Gura goes indie. So with a declining company you can aim to be 1st place as the number 1 vtuber EN company.
2. Phase connect: all streamers barely put enough stream time(it makes me question if haruka or hime hajime have more stream time than them) like catching a Lia stream and she quits after 1 hour and she barely streamed with Bao and bounced. Fishman probably told Pippa to chill down with her content which plummeted her viewers. Erina took the advice that she has a sex voice, model and personality with an ASMR video blowing up to 180k views. Just a little ear licks like Saruei or halo_sweety she would blow up in viewers but YT is cracking down on ASMR streams. With twitch and YT being assholes to vtubers. Fansly is looking into benefitting from the stupidity of those 2 platforms. Clara recently started ASMR so we will see if she has growth. Also I recommend their content to be somewhat less boring. Growth of phase has hit a halt it seems.
3. Billionaire decisions: news report say Bezos is losing money from Twitch. And some news out there says he wants to join the musk and trump train. With consideration to vshojo streamers and audience it's still a concern if the platform they are in can get sold to some cool edgy autist that loves trains, rockets and electric cars because of political views.
4.Filian: is a lingering threat, depending on streams and time of day she can have more or less viewers than ironmouse and has very huge support from a lot of vtubers. She might have recently got kirsche and tricky to stream together despite some Internet beef of trump almost getting shot in the head Twitter drama.
5. Vedal987: at 1st I and among others question if he is using bots but his last 2 streams before the subathon were pretty big which might suggest the loli looking RTX nyanners AI vtuber is the new Gura of Twitch. This isn't like where some stream weeks filian, ironmouse, nyanners, vei and shylily would be slightly above or below 10k viewers this is like nearly touching 20k viewers which probably caught the eyes of some other big streamers since they know the platform treats ironmouse as their vtuber mascot. Neuro I heard doesn't share the same viewers from other vtubers like either cdawgva or ironmouse fans would watch either one of them if the other isn't live. Makes me wonder if some chumbuds got tired of Gura to watch her instead. Fairly speaking the swarm is a threat. His only weakness I can see is called Anny. Like when neuro said musk is her role model anny with some chatters shown displeasure and others said based. Even the I hate Russians could split an audience 50/50 some call out Ukraine for being far right nazis because of azov the other side calls Russians ziggers etc(see why kiwifarms has 2 separate threads with regards to the war). Some hate Putin, some think he is based for calling out the Jews as godless and his tucker interview. The fact he just recently found out anny speaks Russian suggests the best advice I have is he stays out of politics or avoid streamers that bring politics to his channel.
Think the only life support vshojo has is some oilers to donate enough subs to shill ironmouse to collab with xqc, Kai cenat, hasanabi and twitch to constantly talk about her on Twitter to win some rewards to keep it afloat. They have some streamers that actually stream and some that don't. Nux drama, bringing up politics before, and froots tweet coming out of nowhere where the members that showed support for froot got ratio'd hard by some negative comments that cheating = bad. I wish they had a ASMR streamer like erina or finana(plenty of hololive members to) and no having a vtuber that streams on CB doesn't count. For some reason I don't know why but I think Froot would be a great choice even if she appears to be the biggest prude of all of them for asmr content. Matara is taking the vei, nyanners and anny route with her slavic sisters in content being 2nd wheels to their 1st wheel collab partners(don't care racism is funny). I think vei, nyanners and silvervale with snuffy interactions they were the life of the party when their content wasn't shit and they had some consistent streams.
3 companies don't seem to give a shit about competition while only filian and vedal might be serious trying to be the top like dokibird to always aim higher.
