This thread pretty much discusses idiots that don't make the best financial decisions in life, What they could have spent their money on because their oshis won't fuck them and they should get joked around with here and having this thread serve as a good life lesson to them and others if they ever stumbled upon here.

I am hearing from the 4chan thread that this dude is a truck driver and not an oil baron. So basically, he spent 65,000 dollars on a vtuber so imagine what could have been done with that money? Saruei is some french vtuber with alot of tattoos on and friends of many foreign acquaintances she could have at least flown over to his place and atheist gave him a blowjob. Some vtubers like filian and ironmouse made some choices before to get rid of their oilers.

I know that a few of my jackass stunts have brought some attention here before and this thread now might be one of them next so who knows. Because if you are now fucking with vtuber oilers you might also be fucking with a Vtuber's high income. Assuming how big this thread might be or some random youtuber decided to make content out of this or an oiler themselves decided to create an account here to confront some information (I know some user did this before writing a 20 page essay on google docs here about spending 1000 dollars a month on silvervale). Vtubers might post huge warnings to their communities about some information out there or Twitch might make new policies that those that spend over 500 or 1000 dollars to the community can have their names hidden while still using the twitch chat functions and only the streamer or moderator can see that username visibly(no idea if that option existed since I only go there to chat).

50 / 50 honestly. Most oilers have actually the money to spent and give it around to streamers isn't as much different as others richfolks elsewhere; religion/lobby, auctions, luxury cars/planes/homes or giving to charity foundations (if not their own named ones). It is the same old prestige gig; showing to others you can spend that much to show off your social status, that you can also buy anything (yes, even the time of a streamer) and take the risk in stride. Most have their own favorite, almost like an established territory as not to push the spending higher because they don't go competing against each other. So streaming isn't as big as other rich trending stuff - auction still is the number 1, religion/lobby being a close second.

Of course, the actual targets of this thread are the fools who try to imitate those mentionned above, so they can get their own spotlight. But even more, they have even more stupid expectations, since they can't actually afford to lose that much money and it could have been better spent elsewhere. 1000, or 500, or 100, or even 50 $ it doesn't matter, as it is the same stupid problem tbh - their own despair to be validated by the symbol of their worship.

Both are still in it for a form of validation, but only the rich class can afford the burning of that amount of money. At this point, with the current economy, people will have harder time to keep on with it, unless they are still family supported while on the workforce (which the majority seems to be imo).

Hope I am not offending anyone here or most people that browse this forum, but anyone spending 1000 dollars a month or more on a vtuber needs to see if they have some kind of gambling addiction or problems with the head that need to be resolved by a psychologist/therapist. If someone decides to gift 20 subs on twitch or buy 100 dollars on merchandise for a month but not doing it too much I will probably let that slide.

Buying social status wont mean much but this is what their mentality suggests they can do without any awareness that the vtuber or vtuber audience probably sees them as some kind of rich asshole or someone with a mental illness. This thread is to raise awareness or raise awareness to point that their usernames might be linked to social media accounts where people might message them if they need help. Sort of makes me wonder at times if these oilers have some kind of secret discord group with their vtuber for this kind of spending money motivation if they are not getting any kind of blowjobs in return.

Ohh and there are some oilers that try to groom vtubers as well. Some vtubers might not like me going on a witch hunt after their oilers.

No surprise, as some people do want companionship more than sexual gratification. Maybe if the West had more hostess clubs, their money would be spent in what they would like more than what a plain old strip club would provide. But again, some enjoy Onlyfans and other stuff like that because it is the way for them to be appealed or aroused. Like it or not, some people are social disfunctionals and they need their screen between them and the object of their desires.

No doubt about it; you will offend people. However, as you said, this is like an addiction problem - and not a hidden one with the added widespread parasocial relationships. Like I mentionned elsewhere, it is a sign of the current and very common social isolation people experience. They try to build social connections where it is an illusion - an integral part of the product that are social medias. Yes, some Vtubers will be angry and they may react strongly, but only because they are afraid to get less cows to milk - like anyone does when their paycheck gets smaller and provides less spending power in their hands.

On the other hand, most of the audience are gamers, and spending way more in any games (early/alpha stage games and gacha) they play at for a few days/weeks before going for the next one, so it shouldn't be surprising this makes them an easy targeted audience. And you have as well the addiction for quick consumption across society at large; to consume the next 'new' thing as fast as possible, then the 'next'. Under that scope, no surprise people are giving away money to streamers and Vtubers - since they would throw it anyway to any next hyped product. But I agree that planned spenders should be left off the hook in that regard.

Oh, social status does mean much (both political extremes having their shares of critics and spite against the ''1%''), since everyone learns its basic back in school and society (especially in their formative years). Only the fools and the blind believe it means nothing, even if I agree that social status doesn't pay the bills but that isn't the point of social status; it is meant to influence people and the society around you - to be seen in a better light even if they know jackshit about you.

And yes, some oilers will try to groom those they provide to (and this isn't an uncommon practice btw), simply because they have the expectations due to the importance they have on the investment spent and they believe to deserve it due to the 'risk they take' - because all humans are narcissistic creatures. Again, you are going to hurt a lot of people's egos, but they are full of shit to begin with and too much in love with themselves and their 'good intentions'.

That is a well informative response, my hate doesnt just rest on oilers but some Vtubers as well, like some braggng about 55k of merch in one week or another talking about door dash constantly on stream that they spent enough time off not streaming to get off their lazy asses to buy weeks of grocery, etc. Some people just blow off so much money from the looks of it and dont seem to be properly rewarded for it in which it doesnt have to be sexual services. Some large Vtubers should atleast offer those that spend like 100 dollars or more to be on some discord of what they would like from the Vtuber for gaming content wise. Like suggest a fun game for them why the game mechanics of that game are fun for the audience and easy to understand for the vtuber to play where the Vtuber reads their response for a few minutes and gives a quick feedback saying thanks for the suggestion or atleast some kind of interaction back from the vtuber.

I know Filian shares a discord with other major Vtubers and she is probably doing something like this as a social experiment even if it isnt 100% accurate for not being the real thing and she might share that data with other vtubers.

That is mostly what influencers are on social media. Hell, this is what social media is in general; showing off that you live the 'best life', so others can envy you or wants to imitate you.
Now, why would people follow this trend and give money like that ? ... but it is the same question in regards with cults and religions.

Again, the people that blows this amount money are naive with their expectations. If they want to be 'properly rewarded', they need to do something better with their life (which they don't btw). The world doesn't own them anything, especially not when they waste their earned money on stupid and unecessary products instead on their wellbeing. For them, welcome to adulthood 101; your days of no accountability as a child are over. Learn from your mistakes and move on.

Imo, Filian may do it more for the lols than an actual social experiment. At this requested amount, she clearly wants to gain money by trolling more than collect actual data. Now, if she was aiming for 50 to 100$/month, that could be interesting as she would grabs a bigger and the most common net of supporters. With this requirements, she just wants to get the extremes or have a good laugh out of it (and their money), which it isn't surprising.
