You're thinking of Celesse Ch. who, as far as I know, is still active and posting content on her channel. Her last stream was around five days ago.
She doesn't seem to stream as frequently these days. It's a shame, as though she's not a must-watch for me, I've typically found what little of her streams I've seen both cute and comfortable.
You could certainly do worse as far as western indie tubers go, and at least she keeps up the loli persona and aesthetic. I'm also a big fan of her art style.

I figured I would do an update on Celesse just incase anyone comes lookjng for info about her.
As of August 3rd 2023, she has privated all of her youtube videos and renamed the channel to some letters and numbers. Her Twitch channel still exists, but has nothing on it. She was also suspended from Twitter.
As far as I can tell, she's quit the vtuber scene. The only place I wasn't able to check is her pomf channel, so maybe she's active there. Other than that possibility, she's just disappeared from the internet.

Interesting. The last thing I heard of her. And I mean almost a year ago was that she was going on hiatus as a vtuber but still doing art. She explained why. I cant remember though.

She had a post stating she was streaming again in January of this year, but that's pretty much the last message I saw.
Seems to me like she just was no longer interessted or perhaps just didn't have time anymore (new job, health issues, etc). A shame she deleted her stuff, but I get the sentiment of not wanting to keep old stuff online.
