Can the official release of Redo of Healer Season 1 by Maiden Japan be trusted?

I just don't want any bs in the subtitles, and I would like to know if anybody has any experience with the Uncut Blu-Rays of Redo of Healer that have English subtitles, I want to support the official release but, not at the cost of having to deal with real world politics or memes being shoved into the subtitles. So I would like to know can these subtitles be trusted, I couldn't find any information on them, thanks Varis Chads.

Overseas localisations of anime are generally bad or tampered with for one simple reason:
To discourage reverse importation.

Spending 36 USD for an entire first season isn't supporting the official release. Japanese citizens are usually expected to spend 9k JPY (about 90~ USD) for a 2 episode blu-ray. The complete collection for the Japanese Kirby anime in another thread costs 60k JPY (600~ USD).

With Redo of Healer, the uncut/uncensored English release is available on amazon.co.jp for 7k JPY. And despite efforts to use region control with Blu-ray and DVD to prevent domestic viewers from watching it on their players, Japanese reviewers give the Redo of Healer localisation positive marks cause they can play it on their PS4 and it's so gosh-darn cheap buying the anime localisation with foreign subtitles than to fork over 20k JPY for their 3 domestic editions (even used, each edition alone costs 9k JPY). The only negative they noticed is that the English and Spanish subtitles are forced onto the image to make the experience less enjoyable for Japanese viewers.

So if you want to be an ethical person, you can import the Japanese domestic release for an arm and leg, supporting the industry properly (not really; none of that money goes to the staff who made the anime, just the demonic production committees* who are also responsible for all localisations being bad cause they're demonic). Or spend far less for forced subtitles in English and Spanish that doesn't really support the industry cause they get so little from your purchase (it's unreasonable to expect anything other than an incompetent or bad translations simply cause no one in Japan wants to properly pay translators; they always go with whomever is cheapest, which are either incompetent or deranged individuals).
So no, you cannot trust the subtitles. Watch them on an unauthorised file streaming service to find out if they're within your zone of toleration. But the users who comment on Nick Rekieta's streams seem to like it along with Goblin Slayer and Shield Hero, so it's unlikely it contains something egregious like name-dropping 'gamergate'.

So what I'm getting out of this is if I buy anything Redo of Healer at all then I should buy it used. Please be patient with me I'm trying to understand all of this, so it wouldn't support the creators to buy it new then even if I got the official Japanese release? I am guessing that buying merchandise like figures won't support the creators either? Would buying the light novel for instance go towards supporting the creators if I can find it? I'm doing my best to understand everything.

generally mangakas charge a fixed amount that can go up according to the popularity of their manga, however in the novels it is different, they charge per units sold and rarely receive money for anime productions, as for anime generally the committee gives a specific payment to the studio for producing a certain amount of chapters, so the studio and staff rarely see profits for the popularity or success of the anime.
all this means that it is really difficult to support the creators and people involved in the creation of a work whether it is anime, manga or novel, of course there are exceptions,
now buying products can help to keep producing more anime.

That's a shame that there isn't a way to more directly support the anime creators but I only own one anime physically which I got used a while back, I don't really own anything else anime Blu-ray wise even though I like physical media, I'm wanting to learn Japanese so that I don't have to deal with subtitles anymore and also for importing Japanese video games/avoiding censorship. But you've both been helpful in helping me understand what is going on in the industry so thank you both.
