Well, it finally happened. I received a DMCA complaint, thankfully it wasn't directly against the site and was submitted to search engines to remove/hide some image and thread.
Nothing will change, and I'm not removing the posts, but thought it was worth pointing out to everyone.

Going off their plans that means the cosplayer pays at the very least 269 dollars a month to them :shinobu_kaka:

Well that image was a saruei cosplay pic from Twitter I uploaded on the lewdtuber thread surprise you got a complaint because simpcity.su still is a functional forum with all their pirated content.

Can I simply just not use the Twitter image URL, re-edit my post and just re-upload the cosplay pic straight from my PC or a different image server URL to the same lewdtuber thread making their actions rather pointless assuming search engines will again show the image and thread for that specific picture? Or not re-edit it and just make a new post of it instead of using a Twitter URL for it to still show up on search engines?

Edit: I am sure if I remember correctly I posted more saruei cosplay pics on the lewdtuber section did you get more complaints or was it that one specific cosplay picture? I simply believe it could have been Saruei that made the DMCA complaint because I don't think it's legal for that company to foot the 269 dollar bill fee a month to Saruei without Saruei being made aware of it 1st before letting the DMCA complaint go through meaning we might have a vtuber celebrity that is aware of this forum in some way to be the one that filed the complaint.
Either Saruei made the complaint for them to charge her(no way they would charge her without her consent to agree being charged 1st)or they are doing it for free. I know Saruei has the money to blow 269 dollars or more a month to use their services.

The cosplayer seems to have a nice body but a smooth brain unfortunately. Imagine trying to stop people on the internet from sharing images that are made public on the internet. Worse yet paying hundreds of dollars to do this nonsense goes to show how any of the money this cosplayer makes, a good chunk is lost on this type of nonsense.

I don't know if it's that company, fansly, or just Saruei copy right striking twitch clips, people cosplaying as her, copyright striking made r34 art of her or for my case posting her picture on this site. Isn't there some legal shit against this?

The weird part is that very first stream I watched on last Saturday, she was telling people not subscribe to her channel. She wants them to buy merch, which I guess includes her ass shots. Strange woman.

It makes sense, she probably gets more of a cut from merch sales over subs (since Im assuming shes not on a 30/70 split from twitch), but Im sure she's selling those ass shots. women, amirite?
