So basically, a way to circumvent blocks still exists by using burner accounts while there is no way to properly archive anything. All in all a shit change

As "dumb" as it may seem. I do actually care somewhat. Living in a country with a work culture as fucked as it is, and then coming home and dealing with antis right after, just drains my battery.

Much rather just take the easy way out of the situation.

I could always "log off and touch grass". Just not something I enjoy.

It just gets tiring to have people non stop in your face calling you a pedophile or attempting to hack your account because you commented "eternal grip" under a loli image.

Not much gets to me in reality but when something is thrown at me time and time again non-stop it does get quite too much sometimes.

To give an analogy, my mental state is like a reinforced door, and antis are like a battering ram. Sure they can't get through for a good amount of time, but with enough brute force, they certainly can.

Having the ability to just "shut off" antis without having to go private is extremely useful.

Once again it boils down to me and you having different needs and wants out of a block feature. That's all.

This isn't even necessarily a "go outside" thing, just don't go on Twitter Maybe if you could tell the retards on there to kill themselves and throw around some proper slurs it would be a different story, but you're not even allowed to do that so... (although that would just turn into a different kind of shit flinging contest and ultimately still end up being a waste of time)

No, that's not what it boils down to at all. I'm just trying to tell you that technically speaking it makes 0 difference because they can still do all that shit with a burner account, even if it is "more effort", while on the other hand the ability to archive stupid shit is gone, which makes it a bad change.

Simply put, they are still able to circumvent the block and harass you, but we are unable to archive.

I don't know about you but I feel I like twitter is like the Klaus Heisler of the internet sure everyone loves to hate twitter but things just are not the same without it just think of all the good times we had on twitter everything happened on twitter was were all the memes, drama, and content creators where now whats going to happen to all of that now twitter is on longer with us?
