Whipped is just a phrase to imply someone is (perhaps a bit forcefully) coerced into behaving a certain way by others they want to impress.

Common example is a man behaving a certain way ONLY to make his wife happy with him. Normally a detriment to himself.

A physical example would be Prince Harry IRL and how he's "whipped" to his wife. Harry more or less used to be the 'Cool British Royal' dude but has pretty much fallen from grace trying to adopt dumb shit to please his wife. He's mocked by everyone now.

So my implication here is that Kiara is Austrian, and because Germans/Austrians are pretty prone to soyliberal idiocy she's likely to be well. Fully believing in brainless left-wing ideas.

Austria is known for being MORE Right-Wing nationally than Germany by a large margin but that's more exclusively to Austrians which don't depend on the internet for a lot of their entertainment/socializing. So...yeah.

I don't think she fully believes in these ideas, but she is at that age where a lot of her IRL friends are probably going to Uni, which is the prime hub for leftist propaganda.
But there are two ways this can go:
