This lady is a mental case. While i do agree there is perhaps one or two out of many that are guilty and some have a Patreon, I do not think it's fair to categorize the entire fan translation community as MTL as honestly these are people who do it because they love it, which is the same for the Manga scan translation scene. Not because they get paid money, or they wish to ruin translations with their "High Quality" choices, but instead understand that things should be a more authentic experience and care about it more than they do. Also Manga and Light Novels deserve great translations not just good which is why I am all in on AI. English loc are on the chopping block soon anyways. AI exists and it's becoming better by the year.
