Yeah, but there are character who are minority but aren't that generic. Like that gender fluid person from Komi san.I don't have really a specific character, but every token character is usually extremely generic. In general everything that is meant to be "non-offensive" is usually leading to it becoming generic.
What about dogmeatAll bethesda made characters after Morrowind, and partially in Morrowind too.
you can't get more generic than a character whos name translates to "childhood friend" and who acts like a childhood friend...Yeah, but there are character who are minority but aren't that generic. Like that gender fluid person from Komi san.
SamePretty much 98% of the Harem protagonists I've seen. The only Harem protagonist that I ever loved was Arata from Trinity Seven. Simply because he wasn't the typical awkward incel type. He had some serious fiesty.
ThisTatsumi from Akame Ga Kill. He had nothing going on, not a single attribute of his is worth even talking about because frankly I can't think of anything about him that stands out from a lot of run of the mill shonen protagonists, despite being a seinin. The idea that Esdeath was in love with him is absolute nonsense.
I agree. Fuck rap. That intro is worst then a lobotomy with a rusty crowbar with barbed wire around it
