Something i just thought about earlier and had a huge realization. Notice how they never said Global Audience. But Global
Niche. I am starting to think it's an indirect shoutout to people like us and that they hear us, we are not Japanese, we are overseas outside of Japan and we are not a big mainstream audience, so we are niche thus being called Global(Overseas) Niche(us not the mainstream that SEGA,Capcom etc talk about). The reason why they would rather have a global niche is because people like us buy their games, do not complain and do not demand censorship, we also are not bleeding them dry right now like what is happening with Marvelous, Capcom, SEGA etc. We are hardly different from the Japanese Otaku. I think this is them giving us a shoutout and appreciating the fact we are putting up with this.
The reason why I think this, is because Idea Factory/Compile Heart has realized recently that Nin Nin Ninja(Aka Neptunia X Senran Kagura) was the final straw in the 1st photo and the sole reason they are changing everything.

They are done with Sony and moving multiplatform due to the overwhelming criticism from the Global Niche audience about not putting itself on Switch/PC day 1 instead, and no longer follow the censorship guidelines. Which is why in Photo 2.

They say "we are pursuing multiplatform for the Global Niche audience" and are "changing the way we make games for the Global Niche Audience" it's basically them saying to us "we hear you and we are going to do just that". This does not mean they are not going to listen to Japanese Otaku, they will, but it was a shoutout by the end of the day to those who buy their games, and like the fanservice content they make. They do not want the mainstream mass market audience(Global Audience) they do not make games for them as a whole as stated in the 1st sentence above. They are happy being the niche we like them as.
